I love French food!
This is super quick, healthy and it is also easy to double or half the mixture depending how many mouths you are feeding.
You can keep left over batter in the fridge till the next day, or make all your pancakes and pop in the fridge till tomorrow.
Oven 180c or Fan 160c
Ingredients:
-100g Plain flour (Use buckwheat if have, as traditional for French crepes and makes it GF)
-1 egg
-300ml milk
-Pinch of salt if want
Fillings:
Lefts over form the night before.
Wilted spinach or any vegetables with an egg
Cheese
Ham and Cheese
Avocado and goats cheese and tomato.
Anything you have hanging around really- Did left over quoin stew with avocado with an egg on top for husband like a taco crepe.
Serve with salad.
