Approximately 70% of Malaysia's adult population needs to get a booster shot of a Covid-19 vaccine to avoid a rise in serious and fatal cases amidst the Omicron wave, says Khairy Jamaluddin.
He added at a press conference on Thursday (Feb 17) that his ministry feels that it is necessary to double up efforts to get those who haven't received their booster dose to do so.
