The Greenlining Institute's Leadership Academy Fellowship is an 11-month professional development program for emerging leaders interested in learning how to lead on racial equity issues and public policy advocacy. Each Fellowship experience is unique and is shaped by the current policy focus of their program area. We pride ourselves on building a learning environment that is based on combining experiential learning opportunities, individual development and team participation.
Like Isabel Cortez, Greenlining Leadership Academy alumni go on to be racial justice leaders in their respective fields of expertise and join a network of more than 1,000 alumni.
