I went onto Amazon, and did a search for portable TV, not expecting to find anything. One of the results that came up was for a 14 inch Tyler portable TV. Reading through the description, I fell in love with the concept and impulsively decided to purchase it. To my delight, it arrived and it is fully accessible. In this video, I will take you on a tour of this little TV, and show you how the Text to Speech feature works.
