President Yoweri Museveni has been in Tanzania to witness the signing of Tanzania's Host Government Agreement with the East African Crude Oil Company.
President Museveni and His Tanzanian counterpart Samia Suluhu Hassan issued a joint communique in which they announced the launch of the multi-billion project and related activities with each party committing to taking the necessary measures required for the projects successful implementation.
