In this video we visit Hot Springs ORV Park in Arkansas. This trip was extra special because Lindsey was able to make it AND some of our best friends were taking their newly purchased Jeeps on their first trail ride. Like always, when this crew gets together, we had a blast. The weather was perfect for primitive camping and adventures in the Jeeps.
Will, in the JK, and Garret, in the JLUR, both did great navigating their Jeeps through the trails. We mostly rode the level 3 trails, which are challenging from time to time and allowed them to gain lots of driving experience. After a few more upgrades and some seat time, they will both be ready to push their Jeeps further very soon.
For me, this trip did not go 100% as planned. The camping van blew the head gasket right before we left and the power steering pump in the TJ went out on the very first trail. We made the best of it and rode passenger with Lauren and Garret the remainder of the day. AutoZone was able to get a new pump that evening, so we got it swapped out and the Jeep was ready to wheel on day two.
I was super pumped that everyone had such a great time and enjoyed the wheeling experience. It's awesome to see people fall even more in love with their Jeeps and the lifestyle. Hopefully we can make this an annual couples wheeling trip.
