This video introduces Ocey's Digital Transformation Canvas, a strategic framework for digital transformation. It provides a way to identify and prioritize the most important areas for transformation, as well as outline what steps need to be taken to get there. It is intended to help companies answer two questions: (1) What does transformation mean for my company? and (2) Where do I start on the journey to transformation? The canvas presents phases of an organization's transition from current state to desired future state.
The first phase is Diagnose: where we gather our data and assess our situation. The second phase is Transform: where we create the new business models that will power our growth and success in the future. And lastly, the third phase is Enable: when we put all of this into action by building out infrastructure, empowering people with new skillsets, setting up governance structures.
