Book title: WHAT I WISH I KNEW WHEN I WAS 20
Author: Tina Seelig
Chapter 1: BUY ONE, GET TWO FREE
My summary of this chapter.
See the problem as the opportunities as Vinod Khosla, a co-founder of Sun Microsystems said "The bigger the problem, the bigger the opportunity. Nobody will pay you to solve a non-problem".
Some highlight of counterintuitive points:
1. Opportunities are abundant.
2. Regardless of the size of the problem, there are usually creative ways to use the resources already at your disposal to solve them.
3. We so often frame problems too tightly.
P.S: Never have an excuse for being broke, since there is always a nearby problem begging to be solved.
