By 2020, two thirds of Ohio's good jobs will require some training or education beyond high school. The Ohio Mayor's Alliance and Learn to Earn Dayton have brought together local leaders from across the state to address the need and to identify ways that business, community leaders and education can work together in providing career pathways for young people.
