This video doesn't shy away from taking a deep look into the usage of calories, intermittent fasting (and especially fasted training or "fasting" in relation to training), keto (extremely low carb diet) and metabolism. All in the context of fat loss and the biology that drives it.
We believe calories don't serve you in fat loss as much as you are being led to believe, and we think macros (particularly protein and fat) are also not necessary to count. We do however advocate low carb, high water and medium sodium. More importantly, fasted workouts plays a big part and so planning on a long fast prior to your workout can be key to your results. This is regardless if you fast with 16-8, omad, 5 2 fasting, or any other time restricted eating timeframe.
At the bottom line, you must consider fasted training and low carb days as integral to your journey as the exercise itself.
