NDRF commandant VVN Prasanna Kumar spoke about the challenges for Morbi rescue operations, which are still underway. He said, 'Such number of casualties in one area is a first. Usually it is an incident of boat capsizing.' He further added, 'The only challenge is the muddy water which causes visibility issues when our divers go underwater.'
