When the fan comes on first, and the van won't crank, that can be bad news but it isn't always so serious. I explain how to test if the problem is in the ECM or the van wiring, what is going on, and how to resolve it to get home and order new fuse box. If this doesn't help start your van the problem may be in your computer (ECM). I have a trick for that too, but it is a bit dangerous if your ECM is not the real problem.
