Lemang Malay traditional food special for Eidulfitr ( Aidil Fitri ) like Christmas they have Turkey so we have lemang, lemang is quiet expensive food.and special. people don't cook lemang every day or week or month unless you want to sale it. because is hard to cook lemang. and the only expert can do it. lemang is Glutinous rice mix with coconut milk. some salt put inside banana leaf then put inside bamboo than cook many 1-2 hour.
