Resep Oseng Ayam Bumbu Taichan

Bahan:

Marinasi ayam:
500 gr paha ayam fillet
20 gr bawang putih (parut)
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
1/2 sdt micin
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica

Bumbu halus:
8 siung bawang putih
5 siung bawang merah
10 cabe keriting merah
10 cabe rawit merah

Bahan lain:
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt micin
1/2 sdt gula
1/2 sdm air jeruk nipis
3 sdm air
5 sdm minyak goreng
daun bawang (opsional)

Ingredients:

Chicken Marinade:
500 g chicken thigh fillet
20 g garlic (grated)
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp MSG
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Chopped spices:
8 cloves garlic
5 shallots
10 curly red chili
10 red bird’s eye chili

Other ingredients:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp water
5 tbsp cooking oil
green onion (optional)
