Ingredients:
Rice- 1 & 1/2 cup(300 gram)
Paneer- 250 gms
Oil- 1/3rd cup approx.
Onion- 2
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Black cardamom- 2
Bayleaf- 1-2
Cinnamon- 1
Green cardamom- 2-3
Cloves- 2-3
Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tbspn
Tomato- 2
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4th Tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Yoghurt- 3-4 Tbspn
Kasuri methi- 1 tsp
Green chilly- 3-4
Orange food color
Desi Ghee- 1-2 tsp
Cashews(Kaju)- Few
*Biryani rice*
Water- 6-7 cups
Bayleaf- 1-2
Green cardamom- 2-3
Cloves- 2-3
Chopped cilantro & mint leaves
Salt to taste
Mace 2-3
