Thanks to GlobalLiftsAndTransport15 and korythefoxxo for the information that this lift was originally O&K, I did not know this until I saw the video from GlobalLiftsAndTransport15.

This lift is definitely the worst of all the lifts in the Frenchgate Shopping Centre. It is very slow, takes a very long time to level and makes a lot of creaking noises. Also the display goes blank in between floors and the 2 button does not light up. Sometimes this lift takes a very long time to start up after the doors have closed and on one occasion I had to press the button repeatedly before the lift would start.

This was originally installed by O&K but has since been modernised with Dewhurst Fixtures by Independent Lifts Limited. Unlike the ALS lift here, which was modernised well, this mod seems basic and this lift is not great.
