On December 03, 2024, an impactful Cybersecurity Awareness Session took place at Shifaly International School, Rahon Road, Ludhiana, in recognition of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM). The session aimed at educating students from grades 9th to 12th on the importance of cyber safety, security practices, and the promising careers in the field of cybersecurity.
The event was hosted by Principal: Dr. Rosy Jain, Student Career Guidance and Cyber Security In-charge. The event featured prominent speakers who shared crucial insights into digital safety and future career paths.
Keynote speaker Ms. Jyoti Rani, Assistant Regional Director of the Council of Cyber Vigilance and Security Enforcement, Ludhiana, highlighted the vulnerabilities students face in cyberspace and shared essential tips on how to stay protected from online threats such as phishing, cyber bullying, and data privacy breaches.
