NATO Secretary General Jehns Stoltenberg says he does not believe Russian air force incursions into Turkish airspace at the weekend were accidents. Russia has continued its bombing campaign in Syria today saying it hit Islamic State targets in Aleppo and Palmyra, where IS has destroyed important historical monuments. The Turkish president said it was not possible for Turkey to remain patient in face of the Russian violations.
