"Mirror Starts Moving Without Me" is the sophomore album from New York's Pom Pom Squad. The band celebrated the release of the new record with a sold out performance at The Mercury Lounge. I only got through listening to the album just about one time since it released on this day, so it was all pretty fresh to me. Nevertheless, it was still great hearing the tracks live for the first time. It was great seeing the enthusiasm of the fans in the audience, many of them in costumes. Even more of them had silver pom poms, shaking and waving them along during the set. I picked up a copy of the album from Mia and exchanged some polaroids with the band after the show. Can't wait to see them again soon!
