Our marker is designed with a tiny seal inside to preserve the liquid chalk and prevent it from drying up before it reaches you. The tip might "look" dry, but it's just because the ink seal has not been broken.
Step 1:
Hold the marker upright and PRESS ON THE INK TIP MULTIPLES TIMES with your finger. This will open the valve and let air in to move the ink.
Step 2:
SHAKE the marker vigorously for 20-30 seconds to move the ink around.
Step 3:
Press down on the ink tip on paper and hold for up to 20 seconds. If ink still isn't moving, repeated tap the tip until it does.
