TDK’s NTCG series thermistors are manufactured from sintered metal oxides and have low thermal time constants which results in extremely high rates of resistance change to accurately track temperature. The thermistors come in compact case sizes ranging from 0.6mm x 0.3mm to 2.0mm x 1.2mm and offer a wide range of resistance values from 30Ω to 1MΩ and B Constants from 2800K to 4500K. NTCG series thermistors are available in commercial and automotive grades, and the automotive grade product is AEC-Q200 compliant.
