On November 18th, 2022, United Airlines 1175 took off from San Francisco on its way to Honolulu before turning back about 1 hour and 45 minutes into the flight. While the cause of the diversion is still unknown, it was likely due to a medical emergency as the aircraft continued onto Honolulu a few hours later. I hope whoever was in need of medical attention was helped as best they could and are in good health!
