Hungary and Slovakia have faced a setback in their attempt to get rid of rules mandating that they take in more refugees, after the advisor to the EU's top court advised rejecting their lawsuit.
The two countries are opposed to a decision that refugees in Italy and Greece should be spread out across the EU, and they are refusing to take in any of their allocated quota.
