How do you GROW WATER? Well, one of our members, Ingomar Packing Company, and an Australian company called Botanical Water Technologies have teamed up to do just that, using TOMATOES! A tomato is 95% water, and this system allows them to save the water collected during the process tomatoes go through to turn them into paste and sauce, and distill it and make it into a clean source of drinking water. In a drought-stricken world, this is a wildly innovative and important idea! #SustainableFarming
