8 Central Reserve Police Force men were killed and 20 others injured after terrorist ambushed a convoy of the security forces on the Srinagar - Jammu National highway in Pampore. Security forces retaliated killing two terrorists, however two other terrorists managed to escape. LeT claimed the responsibility of the attack. The concern continue to mount for the security forces as there were 6 attacks in 3 days.
