There are two main ways to play Rakdos, Lord of Riots--and a third option if you blend the two, like I did. Eldrazi tribal would be best for consistency and competitiveness. Demon tribal for the flavor and still packs a fiery punch; the evasion with flying and trample is always nice! Ramping can be tricky, but there are plenty of tutors and card draws, if you don't mind paying with your life.
