QUICK & EASY NO COOK MANGO KULFI RECIPE - MANGO ICE CREAM
1 Can Mango Pulp - 850 grams
1 Can Evaporated Milk - 410 grams
1 Can Condensed Milk - 397 grams
1 Carton Extra Thick Double Cream - 600ml
In a container add and mix all of these items
Place in kulfi mould - i don't have any so poured in disposable glasses and some in ice lolly moulds for the kids
Cut kitchen foil into squares pieces, large enough to cover the glasses
Cover the glasses with the foil pieces, and secure all around
Place the tray in the freezer for 6-8 hours - overnight works best
Remove mould from freezer and stand in a glass of water, the kulfi on the stick will easily slide out.
Remove foil, stand glass in tap water and place upside down on a plate. Kulfi will slide out, sprinkle with nuts and serve immediately
