John Tsang explores the concept of immune set points and their role in predicting health outcomes, emphasizing the importance of personalized immune states and the development of metrics to assess immune health. He also highlights efforts like the Human Immunome Project, which aims to map the global diversity of immune health and improve the understanding of health deviations.
