The sound of Uganda’s music has been re-invented now and again. Artistes create and blend music styles from elsewhere to formulate a Ugandan sound that is identifiable from anywhere around the world. In Southern and Western Africa, the artistes have already achieved this. Music from those regions is distinct and is identified by style.
