U.S. special envoy Zalmay Khalilzad arrived in Doha on Thursday where the Afghan peace talks are taking place. He later met Taliban leaders and their chief negotiator amidst delay in the start of the direct negotiations between both sides of the talks. Taliban spokesman Mohammad Naeem in a series of tweets said that in the meeting it was insisted that more efforts should be made for the implementation of the U.S.-Taliban agreement.
