I get hit up pretty regularly asking "but I can buy one of those Affordable Housing places, right?"
Depending on the situation, sure. They are a great option BUT ONLY for certain people that UNDERSTAND what comes along with buying an Affordable House in Denver and that's IF and WHEN we can even find one. It's harder to find than a Shiny Pokemon People!!! There are limitations and requirements when it comes to buying an Affordable Home AND more importantly, Selling that Affordable Home. Every city, and even within each city, the programs, rules, and limitations will be different. So reading the Fine Print is a MUST.
