This hearing was held remotely as permitted by Executive Order 2020-07 signed by Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker on March 16, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Regular City Council meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of every month in the East Annex of City Hall (2434 Vermont Street, Blue Island, IL). Meetings also broadcast live on BITV, and re-runs can be seen everyday at midnight, 7am, noon, and 7pm.
