This is a full tour of a standard guest room, room 230, at the just recently refurbished and remodeled Best Western Plus Franklin Square Hotel in Troy/Albany, New York on July 7, 2018. As you can see from the video this is a really nice room featuring high quality furnishings everywhere and luxury touches such as lighted light switches. At around $130, and considering all the features, quality and amenities of the hotel in general, this was a bargain at this price. One of the nicest Best Westerns I've ever stayed in and the staff provided 5 star service in my opinion, both profession and super friendly and knowledgeable all at the same time. Highly recommend staying here. This is located just off NY St. Hwy. 7 and the junction with I-787 and is also right near the Hudson River. Enjoy the tour! Again, this was the nicest Best Western I've ever visited and with the most professional staff too.
