SLOW COOKER HONEY & GARLIC CHICKEN NOODLES - 502 CALORIES
(SERVES 4/MAKES 4 PORTIONS)
400g Chicken Thighs
7 tbsp Soy Sauce
7 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Cornflour & 1 tbsp Water
Garlic
4 tbsp Sriracha (this does make it spicy so use less if you don't like the tingle!)
100ml Chicken Stock
200g Noodles (I used rice noodles as they ate gluten free but egg noddles work well)
1 tbsp Hoisin
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (or you can use Lazy Ginger paste)
Sugar Snap Peas (optional)
To Serve - Spring onions and crushed nuts (optional)
