This short clip is of a 7.5kw stainless steel motor and portable mixer being washed down after being used for mixing conentrated juices. This is by far the easiest way to clean, also thanks to the motors smooth surfaces and IP66 construction it means that the results are as hygienic as the original installation and the motor can be reconnected and run immediately.
