The BEST Wagyu recipe using A5 MS12 Japanese Wagyu! Including a reverse sear // If you've never had Japanese Wagyu, you're in for a treat! For this recipe, we'll be lightly smoking this delicate beef just to add a hint of smoke flavor then reverse searing it to utter perfection. This is one of the best pieces of beef in the world!
We'll start by applying some salt and allowing the meat to "Dry Brine" for a few hours, then we'll get to cooking and ultimately, to tasting.
