Age: 5 days since roasting
Grind: medium/fine, kosher salt, fertile soil
Brew: Hario V60 pour over
Time: 3:15 (incl ~45s bloom before recording)
Water Temp: 200°F
Ratio: 30g coffee to 350g water

Decided to film this out of the blue for my cousin. Sharing since it seemed to come out pretty well.

The was done within the current quality control parameters of Blue Bottle for this specific blend for June 2018.
