BFD was dispatched at 04:48 for a report of a structural fire at 1801 Elliot Avenue just off of 16th Avenue.

Engine 6 and Ladder 2 arrive and find a 2.5 story vacant private dwelling well-involved.

Engine companies stretched their heaviest lines into service along with the pipe on ladder 2. The operation was all exterior from the start.

At the end, the 2nd floor collapsed to the basement.
