In this video I am showcasing SharePoint out of the box permission setting to control item level access. This scenario is useful when you want to grant user access to only those records which are created by them and you want super user(manager,supervisor,team lead) to access to all the records.
This video demonstrate following scenarios step by step:-
Scenario 1- Restrict user to see only records created by them.
Scenario 2- Promote user to see all records.
Scenario 3- Limit access of promoted user to not allow them to change list settings.
Scenario 4- Grant access of promoted user to manage permission of other users.
