New Delhi, Jan 12 (ANI): Hundreds of striking sanitation workers marched to the residence of a ruling legislator of Delhi and dumped garbage in protest against the failure of the government to pay their salaries and arrears. The employees of East Delhi Municipal Corporation went on an indefinite strike last week. Many areas in the eastern part of the national capital are staring at a major health crisis as protesting employees have refused to clear the garbage. However, a large number of workers continued to continue with the strike after claiming that they had not received salaries.
