Hare Krishna!!
Try out this unique variation in the south indian cuisine the Ekadashi Special Uttapam. This uttapam is so easy to make and require few ingredient. To prepare this uttapam there is no need to get the batter fermented and yet give a fab dish.

Ingredients:
1 cup samarice/ varai/ bhagar
¼th cup sabudana/ tapioca pearl millet
¼th cup water
½tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
Sendha salt/ fasting salt to taste
¼th cup chopped capsicum
1 chopped tomato
1 grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Oil to cook
1 tbsp freshly ground chilli flakes
