🔹️It takes 1:40 to 2:00 minutes to grind 18g for espresso.
🔹️Easy to grip and requires reasonable amount of force to grind for espresso.
🔹️It offers micro adjustments to get your perfectly timed espresso shot.
🔹️Tasewise:
It is able to grind and deliver delicious espresso shots. Most shots were easy to extract with good body and textrue.

🔸️It take a lot of time to grind, and especially with medium to light roasts, we found the two minutes average time to be a bit long.
🔸️There is no way to remember which setting you were at when you use the upper micro adjustment dial as it is a step-less dial. We found that to be a bit difficult to use especially when you are trying different coffee beans in the same day.
🔸️While the grinder has its own character with its size and short grinding handle, we still think that a slightly longer handle would've been a better choice to go with.
🔸️We preferred using a ball-shaped handle knob instead of the original handle knob that required three fingers to grip.

Overall, the Orphan Espresso OG is a capable grinder and it can grind easily for espresso, regardless of the roasting level of the coffee beans.
Nonetheless, it does take a long time to grind for espresso and we consider it a versatile grinder rather than espresso focused grinder.
