Brock University's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute's (CCOVI) annual lecture series presented Dr. Tony Shaw on March 6, 2013. Shaw is a professor of geography at Brock University and a CCOVI fellow. His lecture titled 'climate change: opportunities and risks for Ontario's established and emerging wine regions' used historical climate data to present a case for what each region can expect in the future.
