Here's a quick snack prep for days 2 to 5 of our DIY fasting mimicking diet. Like the breakfast prep, though this is designed (and weighed) specifically for the DIY FMD, it too is a great snack to have on any day you need a little pick me up.
If you plan to snack on this outside of a fast, there's no need to measure or weigh your food of course. Simply enjoy a generous handful of berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, all the berries!) and a palmful of your favorite nuts.
If you *do* enjoy this snack as your own DIY fasting mimicking diet, then I rejoice in the extraordinary experience you'll have enjoying fresh berries and cashews because these foods have *never* tasted so good. Enjoy. 💓
