A few of the benefits that come along with performing the #HollowRock include that it's easy to scale for multiple fitness levels, it's a solid #CoreTraining #exercise as a whole, and it can be performed anywhere.
If you're brand new to performing hollow rocks, then start with hollow holds and progress with time as the main form of progressive overload.
Once you've conquered the hollow hold, then implement the rock and program them with prescribed reps!
