Here's how to change units of measurement on the Garmin Connect app.
If you'd like to alter the units on your Garmin forerunner, you can simply do that on settings. You can change Distance, Weight, Height, and much more on the Garmin application.

To do this:
Launch the Garmin Connect app
Tap on the Garmin device icon next to the profile icon
Scroll down and tap on System
Find and tap on Format
Tap on Units
Find the unit you'd like to change on the watch
