How to Redeem a Loyalty Campaign!

Redeeming a loyalty campaign is quick and easy! Here’s how to do it:

1️⃣ Open the 'Register App' and proceed with the sale as normal.
2️⃣ Once all items are selected, press the 'Pay' button.
3️⃣ On the pay screen, tap 'Loyalty by LoyLap'.
4️⃣ Press the 'QR button' in the bottom right corner to activate the camera 📸.
5️⃣ Scan the customer’s 'QR code' on their app or card to recognise their account.
6️⃣ If there’s an active campaign available, it will pop up at the bottom of the screen—just tap the campaign to redeem it.
7️⃣ After redeeming the campaign, press 'Quick Add' to apply any remaining loyalty points for this transaction.
8️⃣ You’ll be taken back to the main payment screen, where you can close the transaction by accepting payment via 'debit or credit card'. ✅
