On Friday 2 November 2024, Jinja, Uganda, the second cohort of refugee and host community youth graduated as apprentices, having undergone a 12-month long training program.
The Apprenticeship program in Uganda, is a collaboration between the PROSPECTS program funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (UHTTI), Uganda Hotel Owners Association (UHOA), Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social Development (MGLSD) and other stakeholders.
