(WPMI) Tuesday is the last day to catch red snapper during the season and Florida Fish and Wildlife are making sure fisherman follow the rules during this historically short red snapper season.
New guidelines set for the season include two fish per person per day with fish smaller than 16 inches tossed back into the water. Officials say if you catch more than what's allowed, you could face criminal charges.
The season ends Tuesday, June 10 at 12:01 a.m.
