In this episode, we went on a short trip to the Philippines to check out some of their authentic food. The country has so much food and culture to offer but we can't cover most of it so we just selected a few in our list.

Next stop, we landed at Manila's international airport and traveled all the way to Quezon province. It's almost a 3-hour drive depending on the traffic.

Quezon is a province of the Philippines in the Calabarzon region of Luzon Island and was named after the late president Manuel L. Quezon, in the 1930s.

Quezon has more than 30 municipalities and Lucena City is the provincial capital which is a highly urbanized city. Farming and fishing are the main sources of livelihood in Quezon while Commercial, industrial and banking activities are mostly in the southern part of the province.

For now, we will only cover Lucena City, Tayabas and Lucban.
